Enlarged right ovary with a volume of 185.5 cc (10 x 5 x 6 cm) with a solid, rounded appearance and multiple cysts of up to 15 mm. Left ovary 27.22 cc (2.5 x 4.5 x 3 cm) oval with follicular cysts (<10 mm).
